Cancellation Policy
Clients who are 6 mins or more late will not be able to be serviced & will result in full service/services charge
No Shows will be charged full amount of service/services.
Same day cancellations/reschedule will be charged 50% of service.
If you need to remove a service from your appointment please txt 24 hours prior to do so, if you remove day of appointment full amount is still required.
If you need to cancel/ reschedule your appointment please do so 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid 25% fee.
No Shows that are not paid will no longer be allowed to book.
By booking online/ rebooking in wax suite you fully agree to my policy and give me permission to run your card only if you cancel/reschedule day of/ after 24 hr mark or no show to your appointment.
